Strategy
+ Policy

Chris Reed

Nations, cities, and communities are dynamic and are influenced by global changes, perhaps more so in our current climate than ever before. The one consistent across all of these environments is people.

The ethos of the Synergine Strategy Team is centred on bringing the needs of people to the fore to all of our project endeavours.

Traditionally, the genesis of any discussion is focused around economics, however this economic-centric mentality is changing. While economic and financial systems must provide positive outcomes for all involved, the environmental, social, cultural and spiritual lens through which we make decisions must be equally considered if we are to creatively inspire others to reach their inherent potential.

The Synergine Strategy Team uses this rationale as a foundation for all projects. Then, through evidence based research and metadata analysis, Synergine can present opportunities within these environments which support change that is transformational and human-centric.

At Synergine, we partner with clients to produce outcomes that enhance the lives of people and build a better future for the generations to come.

The Management and Integration Team works with our clients to apply optimized project planning, process and control mechanisms to integrate complex programmes of work. We carefully develop and manage stakeholder relationships with regulatory bodies, community groups and project teams to create alignment with client objectives and enable the successful navigation of approval processes.

Our team is experienced in the planning, control and delivery of workstreams for projects such as land development, urban revitalization, public transport and business process improvements. We bring a high attention to detail and ensure clarity of communication between all parties so that lines of communication are open and efficient, maximizing the value that can be gained from effective collaboration.

The management of people, processes and projects brings together the values of Synergine and enables our clients to plan in detail and execute with flexibility, creating a robust framework within which to achieve their objectives.

The Design and Delivery team work collaboratively with clients and partners utilising our own Optimised Project Management (OPM) approach to ensure creative and robust infrastructure solutions that support liveable communities.

Synergine’s OPM approach to the end to end management of infrastructure solution delivery has been developed to ensure optimal project outcomes within increasingly dynamic and complex contexts.

OPM is relationship based, interactive and collaborative, drawing on the significant experience and expertise of our leadership and in-house teams and the specialist expertise of industry leading strategic partners to bring innovation and ensure efficiently delivered, technically robust solutions.

OPM also creatively informs and effectively manages design processes, ensuring a focus on the contribution the solution will make to the liveability of the community. Concepts such as ‘human-centric design’, ‘deep design’ and ‘safety in design’ are key elements that ensure these outcomes.   The OPM approach also brings significant construction industry experience to the selection of project specific procurement options and ensures a fully integrated construction delivery solution, adding value through early contractor involvement.

Accurate, well-formulated and timely ‘single source’ reporting underpins the OPM approach.
